Prices were read from the official pricing page on 28 October 2026. They are in US dollars. Every plan has unlimited seats. Hobby, Starter and Explorer can also be billed monthly, and the monthly view shows the same price per month, with the credits split evenly across the months: 1,260 for Hobby, 11,167 for Starter and 39,250 for Explorer. Prices can change.
Credits And Cost
At 520 credits per recording hour, our arithmetic puts the included credits at about 29 recording hours a year on Hobby, 258 on Starter, 906 on Explorer and 3,323 on Pro. Text threads and tickets use 32 credits each.
Enterprise, Overage And Discounts
- Enterprise and Headless: custom volume, SSO, dedicated success and custom integrations.
- Overage: charged at the plan rate per extra credit, with optional auto-recharge.
- Discount: startups and nonprofits can apply for a discounted rate.
Refunds, Renewals And Upgrades
The terms say subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, are billed in advance, and paid fees are non-refundable unless the law requires. You cancel in your account or through support. The pricing page says upgrades are prorated and downgrades start at the next billing cycle, and that fees can change at the end of a billing cycle with notice.
Check Before You Pay
Flags on the site. BoB is called "pay-for-outcome", but the pricing page bills approved actions in credits, with reading and reasoning free. A recording uses 520 credits per hour and a text thread or ticket 32 credits, so how far a plan goes depends on your data volume. Included credits expire at the end of their period, and monthly credits do not carry over. Pro costs about $0.0100 per included credit against $0.0080 on Explorer by our arithmetic, because it adds features such as Projects, Triage and Skills. The pricing page lists no free plan and no trial, while the terms say a trial may be offered at BuildBetter's discretion. The terms are dated 28 March 2023, which is older than the current plans. Paid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, and subscriptions renew automatically. The claims of 99% classification accuracy, $500M+ of revenue retained and customer results are the vendor's own.
