What Is Not Included

How To Test It

  1. Sign in with Google or Outlook.
  2. Let the bot join one real meeting, after telling attendees.
  3. Check the transcript for names and jargon, and the summary for action items.
  4. Watch the storage minutes, and upgrade only if you run out.

A meeting bot records other people. The site says Fireflies joins only when invited or through your auto-record settings, and that participants can see when a recording is on. You are still responsible for telling attendees and for local recording and consent laws. Sign-in is by Google or Outlook only, and the bot reads your calendar. We have not used Fireflies.ai and have not checked its accuracy or security claims.
