Tokens And Limits
Each plan lists monthly caps per model. For example, Basic allows up to 40 videos a month in Fast Mode for some models, while Mega allows up to 533. Several models also run in Relax Mode, which uses no tokens but may queue.
What Paid Plans Add
- No watermark and private generation.
- Storage for 180 days.
- Standard and above: commercial license and priority access to new features.
- Video-to-video up to 20 seconds (Basic, Standard) or 60 seconds (Pro, Mega).
Payment And Cancelling
- Payments go through Stripe with Visa and Mastercard, plus Alipay and WeChat Pay.
- Cancel from billing settings through Manage Subscription (the Stripe portal), or in iPhone Settings for the iOS app, at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Refunds are not offered, per the site.
Before You Pay
GoEnhance says it does not offer refunds, because GPU processing costs money and upstream providers set the terms. Free users and Basic subscribers are limited to personal use, and a commercial license starts at Standard. The page also shows a promotion on "unlimited" models that runs until 31 October, so confirm what is still included when you buy.
