Prices were read from the official pricing page on 29 October 2026. They are per licence per month, excluding VAT. The annual view shows euro figures with a 20% reduction against the list price, and the monthly view showed the same list figures with a dollar sign, so check the currency at checkout. Add-ons are per licence per month: Governance 5 (list 7), Leexi Coach 16 (list 20) and a Scaleway hosting option at 5 (list 7), all on annual invoice. Prices can change.
Per Licence Per Year
Business at an annual invoice costs 468 per licence a year, against 588 on monthly billing, which is a saving of 120 by our arithmetic.
Add-Ons And Discounts
- Governance: 5 per licence per month, with SSO and SCIM, retention policy, audit logs and 8 roles.
- Leexi Coach: 16 per licence per month, with scorecards and AI coaching.
- Scaleway hosting: 5 per licence per month, a French cloud option.
- Volume discounts: from 10 licences, on request.
Refunds, Renewals And Cancellation
The terms say subscriptions renew automatically, you cancel by emailing hello@leexi.ai, and you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by email. Payment is due on invoice or within 30 days, and a late payment fee of 15 euros per invoice applies. The fair use is 20 hours per user per month on Starter, 30 on AI-Meeting, 40 on Business and 50 on Enterprise. Terms version 2.0, effective 6 July 2026.
Check Before You Pay
Flags on the site. The pricing page says AI-Meeting and Business have unlimited calls under fair use, while the terms set the fair use at 30 hours per user per month for AI-Meeting, 40 for Business and 50 for Enterprise. The pricing FAQ describes manager analytics under an Enterprise licence, while the table places analytics under Leexi Coach. The terms say they take effect on 6 July 2026 and also that they apply from 4 June 2026. The home page and the pricing page describe the trial as a week, and the terms say customer data is permanently deleted two weeks after a free trial ends. Annual and monthly prices show different currency symbols. The figure of 10,000 businesses in Europe and the 100+ languages are the vendor's claims. We did not find a refund clause beyond a 14-day withdrawal right by email.
