This was read from the official Mailscale home page, FAQ, refund policy, cancellation page, anti-spam policy and terms on 28 October 2026. No prices appear anywhere on the site, and the FAQ says plans and pricing are built during a call with the team. We therefore list no prices and make none up.
How Buying Works
The FAQ says the fastest way to get answers is a call, where the team builds a plan and price around your goals, and that it starts with a short pilot, after which you decide how to continue. We found no details of pilot length, price or volume.
Questions To Ask On The Call
- What is the total price, per month and for the pilot, and what does it include?
- How many mailboxes, domains and emails does it cover?
- What exactly is the deliverability commitment and the domain replacement?
- What is the minimum term, and how and when do I cancel?
- Where do the leads come from, and how are opt-outs handled?
- Who owns the domains and mailboxes if I leave?
Refunds, Billing And Flags
The refund policy says all payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for partial use, early cancellation, failing to cancel before renewal, lack of results and dissatisfaction. You can cancel anytime to stop billing and keep access through the end of the period, and the cancellation page offers two links and says to contact in-app support if they error. A chargeback without contacting Mailscale first may lead to suspension. Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically, and fees exclude taxes.
Flags on the site. There is no price list, no pricing link and no trial, and the FAQ answers for "How much does it cost", "Is there a guarantee", "Will my emails actually land in the inbox", CRM integrations and whether you need your own domains are blank on the page. The FAQ promises "no long-term lock-in" and a short pilot, but the terms do not mention a pilot or a minimum term, and the refund policy says all payments are non-refundable, including for partial use, lack of results and failing to cancel before renewal. Where a deliverability commitment applies, the refund policy says it gives domain replacement only, with no money back. The site calls the product both "autonomous" and "fully agentic" and one where you stay "in full control". It states firmly that pre-warmed domains keep you out of spam, while its own FAQ on inbox placement is unanswered. The case studies mostly report pipeline, estimated pipeline or meetings, not closed revenue, and the "3X ROI" is not explained. Claims of 400M+ contacts, 200M sends, 3,000+ customers and 100M+ emails sent are not verified by us, and the leads are said to come from providers including LinkedIn, Apollo and ZoomInfo. The home page also says "Welcome to the new Agentic Mailscale" and sends previous customers to a login, without explaining what changed.
Cold email is regulated. Rules such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe and CASL in Canada cover identification, consent where required and opt-out, and Mailscale's own anti-spam policy bans bulk email to purchased or scraped consumer lists, deceptive content and phishing, and requires an opt-out, a postal address and suppression lists. Leads sourced from large databases may still raise privacy questions in your market, and the site itself says to book a call about compliance for your market. Mailscale does not guarantee results, and its terms say the service is provided as-is. Results from the case studies are the vendor's claims. This is not legal advice.
