Prices were read from the official pricing page on 28 October 2026 by switching between the Annual and Monthly toggle. The page shows annual prices as a per-month figure and says "Save 25% on annual plans. Cancel anytime." It does not say on the page how the annual amount is charged, so confirm the total at checkout. Prices can change.
Monthly Versus Annual
The site says "Save 25% on annual plans", which matches $7.50 against $10 and $15 against $20.
What Each Plan Adds
- Free: 5 questions a day, 200 pages in total, 10 MB files, books deleted after 7 days of inactivity.
- Lite: 250 questions and 5,000 pages per month, 250 MB files, 10 hours of audiobooks.
- Pro: 1,000 questions and 15,000 pages per month, no file size limit, 30 hours of audiobooks.
Refunds And Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You cancel from the Upgrade tab by switching to the free plan. Refunds are not provided except under exceptional circumstances, requests must be made within 14 days of the charge, and they are handled case by case by email.
Check Before You Pay
Flags on the site. The Terms of Service were last updated on 11 April 2024 and the testimonials on the home page are dated 2023, so check that they still describe the product. The Terms do not mention auto-renewal, billing dates or how annual plans are charged. The refund section says refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances, with requests made within 14 days, so treat it as no refund by default. The FAQ says you can upload up to 15,000 pages, while the Free plan lists 200 pages in total and Lite and Pro list pages per month, so check which limit applies to you. The Free plan lists audiobooks without an hour cap while Lite and Pro list 10 and 30 hours. The home page says text to speech has 50+ voices and 30+ languages, while the FAQ lists 16 supported languages, which may be about the chat and not the voices. The claim of 100,000+ users is the vendor's and we have not verified it. Free plan books are deleted after 7 days of inactivity.
