AI cloud for developers
Novita AI Free Trial
Novita AI says it is "free to start" but does not state a free credit amount or a timed trial on the pages we read. This page shows what that means and how to test cheaply.

Does Novita AI Have A Free Trial
The official pages say "Free to start, scales as you grow" and nothing more. There is no trial length, no credit amount and no card policy on the home or pricing pages. A 2025 blog post described a referral program with credits for new users, but it is old and may have ended, so do not rely on it.
How To Test It Cheaply
- Sign up on the official site and look in the console for any credit shown on your account.
- Pick one of the cheaper models. Per the pricing page, GPT OSS 120B is listed at $0.05 input and $0.25 output per million tokens.
- Run a small batch of your own prompts and note the cost per request.
- Set a spending limit before you try larger jobs or GPU instances.
What To Check At Sign-Up
- Whether a card is needed.
- Whether free credit exists, how much, and when it expires.
- Minimum top-up and refund terms.
The pages we read do not say, so read the sign-up screen before you add any payment details.
If You Need GPUs
GPU instances are billed by the hour, so a short test is cheap in absolute terms. A spot RTX 4090 is listed at $0.17 an hour. See pricing.
Limits To Know
- No free credit amount is confirmed by the pages we read.
- Spot GPUs can be stopped early. Check the spot terms on the site.
- Costs scale with use, so a loop in your code can cost real money.
How We Wrote This
This page is based on the official Novita AI website, pricing page and GPU page, read on 24 October 2026. We have not tested Novita AI ourselves, so we do not claim results. Speed, uptime and savings figures are the vendor's own claims. Prices, models and promotions change often, so confirm them on the official site before you pay. See how we review.
