What Each Plan Gives
- Personal: 1 million characters of ChatGPT inputs and outputs, Google Sheets and Excel, limited to a single user.
- Pro: 5 million characters, Google Sheets and Excel, share with up to 3 people on your team and email support.
- Enterprise: 1 million characters per person, Google Sheets and Excel, priority email support and video call onboarding if requested, for 3 to 100 seats.
Custom plans are available if you need more.
Yearly Against Monthly Billing
Our arithmetic: over a year, Personal costs $228 monthly against $96 yearly (about 58% less), Pro $468 against $288 (about 38% less) and Enterprise $120 against $96 per user (20% less). The site says "Save 57% with yearly", which matches Personal only.
Allowance For The Price
Characters count both your inputs and the outputs. The site does not say how many rows that covers, so test on your own data.
Refunds, Cancelling And Flags
The site says you can cancel anytime and keep your remaining tokens forever. It gives no refund policy, does not say whether a card is needed to start the 7-day free trial and does not say what happens to your data at the AI provider, so read the terms and privacy policy first. Do not put private or regulated data in a cell unless your policy allows it.
Flags on the site. On the page we loaded, the pricing section was marked inactive in the page code, so visitors may not see it on the page, and the figures here come from that code. Another copy of the pricing page that we fetched showed different numbers ($10 a month on each plan, with different limits), so the prices may have changed or may differ by version. The "57%" saving is true for Personal only: our arithmetic puts Pro at about 38% and Enterprise at 20% less on yearly billing. The site gives no user counts, ratings or reviews, no FAQ and no refund policy, and does not say which AI model or version runs your formulas.
