Short answer. There is no timed trial, but the Free plan is ongoing and needs no credit card. It gives 50 AI credits a month, 50 knowledge base articles, 1 user license, all integrations and unlimited AI Actions, for personal, non-commercial use only.

Does Quickchat AI Have A Free Trial

Yes, in the form of a free plan. It uses the standard model (GPT-5.1), which costs 1 credit a reply, so 50 credits is about 50 replies a month (our arithmetic). It does not include commercial use, auto-refresh URLs, voice input, branding removal, conversation export or API access.

How To Test It Well

  1. Import 5 to 10 documents that answer your real questions.
  2. Set the agent's tone and rules in the Identity tab.
  3. Ask it real customer questions and check each answer's sources.
  4. Note the credits used, then decide if you need a paid plan for commercial use.

Going Further Cheaply

  • Starter is $9 a month for commercial use and 150 credits.
  • Annual billing is 17% off.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, per the pricing page.

Limits To Know

The pricing page gives no refund or cancellation terms and only says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, with the Legal page holding the full terms. It describes no paid overage: when credits run out, your AI agent stops generating replies until the allowance resets, unless you upgrade. Admins get warnings at about 75%, 90% and 100% of the allowance.

Flags on the site. The home page says Quickchat AI resolves more conversations than Agentforce, Fin and Sierra (">80%" against about 70% for the industry) and costs $0.50 a resolution against $0.99 for Intercom Fin and $2.00 for Agentforce, based on "real customer deployments versus published industry benchmarks, as of June 2026". We cannot verify those comparisons. The security label reads "Audited and EU-ready", while ISO and SOC 2 are marked "In progress" and GDPR "EU-ready". The FAQ says the free plan has 50 knowledge base "sources" and the table says 50 "articles". The "Trusted by" logos (Y Combinator, Google, OpenAI, Klarna) do not say what the relationship is. The site shows no star ratings and its testimonials are self-reported.

How We Wrote This
