Short answer. There is no timed trial, but the Free plan is $0 a month with 3 email accounts, 50 active leads, 250 emails, 500 AI word credits and 1 workspace, and warmup for 14 days. Fair-usage limits apply.

Does ReachInbox Have A Free Trial

Yes, as a free plan. It is enough to connect a mailbox, test warmup and send a small campaign. The site does not say whether a card is needed to start, and the warmup on the free plan is limited to 14 days.

How To Test It Well

  1. Connect one mailbox on a domain you can afford to risk.
  2. Let warmup run before sending real emails.
  3. Send a small campaign to a clean, relevant list within the 250-email limit.
  4. Check replies, bounces and inbox placement, then decide on Starter.

Going Further Cheaply

  • Starter is $30 a month on yearly billing or $39 monthly.
  • Annual plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee, per the FAQ, while monthly plans are not refundable.
  • The site mentions a startup offer, with no terms shown.

Limits To Know

The FAQ says annual plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee and monthly plans are not refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period, upgrades are charged only the prorated difference and active leads count only while they are active in campaigns. Cold email is regulated (for example CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in the EU), and warmup and high volumes can still get a domain flagged, so follow the law and the sending rules of your mailbox provider. This is not legal advice.

Flags on the site. Every paid plan card says "7 Day Money Back Guarantee", but the FAQ says only annual plans are covered and monthly plans are non-refundable. The yearly badge says 25% off, while our arithmetic gives about 23% on Starter, 24% on Growth and 25% on Pro. "Unlimited email accounts" and "unlimited AI warmup" carry a fair-usage footnote. The site claims 500M+ emails sent, $2.5B+ pipeline built, 4.7 out of 5 on G2 and 900+ outbound teams, and the testimonials are self-reported, so we cannot verify them. The startup offer ("up to 9 months free", marked "Selling Fast") has no terms on the page. The free plan's warmup is limited to 14 days.

How We Wrote This

This page is based on the official ReachInbox website and its pricing page, read on 26 October 2026. We have not tested ReachInbox ourselves, so we do not claim results. Quality, speed and capability claims are the vendor's own claims. Prices, models and promotions change often, so confirm them on the official site before you pay. See how we review.
