Billing And Cancelling

The refund policy says to log in, open Billing and choose Cancel Subscription to stop renewal. It says all sales are final, that subscription and enterprise licence payments are not refundable, and it gives no refund window.

Check Before You Pay

Flags on the site. The home page says 1,000,000+ students and academics, the upgrade page says Join 30,000+ Subscribers and also +3 million users, so the user counts do not agree. The Academic plan lists Bypass AI detectors as a feature, and the FAQ admits no tool can guarantee that. We do not promote that use. The refund policy says all sales are final.

All we know is on the pricing page.
