Reading And Pricing

The AI reads emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned documents and handwritten notes, and filters spam and newsletters. It prices with volume tiers, rush surcharges and minimum-margin checks, and flags unclear requests for a person.

Approval And Follow-Ups

Nothing goes to the buyer until you approve it. The AI drafts follow-ups at 24 and 48 hours for approval, and keeps an audit trail and a weekly performance report.

Integrations By Plan

Starter uses Google Sheets as the pricing source. Growth adds HubSpot or Salesforce. Scale adds ERP, accounting and shipping integrations and multi-currency. Enterprise adds SAP or a custom API, Incoterms detection and a dedicated deployment.

Safe Use

SpeedQuoteAI sends nothing to your buyer until you approve it, but you are still responsible for every quote. Set a minimum margin, check the first quotes by hand, and keep drawings and special materials with a person. The service reads your inbox, so check who on your team can see it. We have not used SpeedQuoteAI and have not checked the data claims.
