The weekly plan renews every week, so it is easy to pay for longer than you meant to. The legal page says payments are non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused service, and that App Store refunds are handled by Apple, while the home page FAQ on an unhappy result only offers tips and help. The legal page says paid plans do not include a free trial. The claims of over 4 billion views, 250K+ videos created and 135k pet lovers are the vendor's, and the comments on the home page are social media comments, not product reviews.
