Prices were read from the official pricing page on 28 October 2026. They are web prices. The page says prices in the iPhone app are set by the App Store and shown before you buy, and the legal page says prices can differ between the website and the App Store and between countries. Prices can change.
Weekly Versus Yearly
The site labels yearly "Best Value, Save 88%". Our arithmetic gives about the same, and $29.99 divided by 12 is about $2.50 a month.

Refunds, Renewals And The App
The legal page says payments are non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused service. Subscriptions renew automatically weekly or yearly, you cancel in your account settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. In the iPhone app, billing and cancellation go through Apple, and App Store refunds follow Apple's policies.
Check Before You Pay
Flags on the site. The plan is called Unlimited, but videos are capped at 2 minutes and 280 characters, and the Free plan allows only one video. The weekly plan renews every week, so it is easy to pay for longer than you meant to. The legal page says payments are non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused service, and that App Store refunds are handled by Apple, while the home page FAQ on an unhappy result only offers tips and help. The legal page says paid plans do not include a free trial. The claims of over 4 billion views, 250K+ videos created and 135k pet lovers are the vendor's, and the comments on the home page are social media comments, not product reviews. We did not find a company name or address on the pages we read.
