Ways To Spend Less
Our arithmetic only: yearly billing on Starter saves $6.50 a month ($78 a year) against monthly, and quarterly saves $4 a month. Growth yearly saves $16.50 a month and Pro yearly $49 a month. These figures assume the same mailboxes, and the cost after the first year is not stated.
Coupon Codes
We did not find a coupon code and do not have an exclusive one. If a code does not work at Zapmail's own checkout, it does not work.
Check Before You Rely On A Saving
Flags on the site. The page says Google Workspace mailbox pricing increases after the first year and that mailboxes then move to the standard renewal rate, but it does not state that rate, so the cost after month 12 is unknown. The "Get 2 months free" badge on yearly billing matches Starter and Growth by our arithmetic, and Pro is $250 against about $249 for ten months. The headline "from $2.50 per mailbox" is true only for Pro on yearly billing, which is $250 for 100 mailboxes. Pre-warmed plans have a higher first-month price and a lower renewal price. The home page says setup takes 5 minutes in one place and 10 in a comparison table. The pricing page refund question has no visible answer, while the help-centre policy says all purchases are final. The site claims 1M+ mailboxes, 330k+ domains, 50K+ businesses and a 4.5 Trustpilot rating, and a comparison table rating Zapmail "High" for deliverability, none of which we can verify.
Cold email is regulated. Rules such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe and CASL in Canada cover consent, identification and opt-out, and Google and Microsoft set their own sender requirements on authentication, unsubscribe and complaint rates. Mailboxes bought through a reseller still follow the provider's terms, and accounts can be suspended if used for spam. Warming, aged domains and multiple mailboxes do not make unwanted email acceptable, so use real opt-outs and relevant targeting. This is not legal advice.
