Mailboxes, Domains And DNS

Zapmail creates real Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, interchangeable under one plan, and sets DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and custom tracking domains for you. You can connect any root domain you own or buy new ones, but subdomains are not supported. Domain and email forwarding with tagging, bulk profile customisation and domain-level segregation are listed on every plan.

Pre-Warmed, Aged And Protected

Pre-warmed mailboxes skip the 3 to 4 weeks of warmup and can send on day one, and aged domains are sold as a separate feature. ZapShield, at $3 a domain a month, adds daily blacklist monitoring and a free replacement domain if one is listed. Zapmail also lists a deliverability test and AI Insights, with monthly credits on every plan.

Workspaces, Integrations And API

Workspaces keep clients separate, with one domain set per workspace, and the site lists more than 50 outreach integrations. The Zapmail API, included on Pro, allows headless provisioning for SaaS and AI SDR products. The site also lists AI helpers for domain ideas (Instant Domain Genie), mailbox names (Smart Mailbox Namer) and profile images (Persona Snapshots).

Cold email is regulated. Rules such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe and CASL in Canada cover consent, identification and opt-out, and Google and Microsoft set their own sender requirements on authentication, unsubscribe and complaint rates. Mailboxes bought through a reseller still follow the provider's terms, and accounts can be suspended if used for spam. Warming, aged domains and multiple mailboxes do not make unwanted email acceptable, so use real opt-outs and relevant targeting. This is not legal advice.
