Plans And Prices
| Plan | Mailboxes | Monthly | Quarterly, a month | Yearly, a month | Extra mailbox (monthly / yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | $39 | $35 | $32.50 | $3.50 / $3.25 |

Prices are US dollars a month, as read from the official Zapmail pricing page on 28 October 2026 after switching between Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. Pre-warmed plans are billed monthly and include domains, with extra domains at $15 a domain a year. ZapShield is billed separately at $3 a domain a month. Pro includes API access and priority support, and every plan includes monthly deliverability-test and AI Insights credits (3, 10 and 30). Volume pricing is through sales.
What Each Plan Gives
- Starter: 10 mailboxes, 3 deliverability tests and 3 AI Insights credits a month, standard support.
- Growth: 30 mailboxes, 10 and 10 credits, standard support.
- Pro: 100 mailboxes, 30 and 30 credits, priority support and API access.
- Every plan: licence included, automated DNS and health checks, domain and email forwarding, workspace segregation and bulk profile customisation.
Cost Per Mailbox
Our arithmetic: monthly cost per included mailbox is $3.90 on Starter, $3.30 on Growth and $2.99 on Pro, and on yearly billing $3.25, $2.75 and $2.50. Yearly billing is 2 months free on Starter and Growth by our arithmetic (about 17% less than monthly), and Pro at $250 is about 16% less than $299.
Pre-Warmed Plans
| Pre-warmed plan | Mailboxes | Domains included | First month | Then a month | Extra mailbox |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | 1 | $39 | $24 | $8 |
| Growth | 12 | 4 | $149 | $84 | $7 |
| Pro | 30 | 10 | $339 | $180 | $6 |
Our arithmetic: the first month costs $15 more than the renewal on Starter, $65 on Growth and $159 on Pro, and renewal works out at $8, $7 and $6 a mailbox. The first-month price is the higher one, so a one-month test costs more than the renewal rate.
Refunds, Billing And Flags
The help-centre policy says all purchases are final and non-refundable, with exceptions only for duplicate billing from a system error or for service not provisioned within 7 business days, at Zapmail's discretion. You can cancel from the dashboard to stop the next cycle, and the current cycle is not refunded. Payment is by card through Stripe or from a Zapmail wallet, and each subscription bills on its own date.
Flags on the site. The page says Google Workspace mailbox pricing increases after the first year and that mailboxes then move to the standard renewal rate, but it does not state that rate, so the cost after month 12 is unknown. The "Get 2 months free" badge on yearly billing matches Starter and Growth by our arithmetic, and Pro is $250 against about $249 for ten months. The headline "from $2.50 per mailbox" is true only for Pro on yearly billing, which is $250 for 100 mailboxes. Pre-warmed plans have a higher first-month price and a lower renewal price. The home page says setup takes 5 minutes in one place and 10 in a comparison table. The pricing page refund question has no visible answer, while the help-centre policy says all purchases are final. The site claims 1M+ mailboxes, 330k+ domains, 50K+ businesses and a 4.5 Trustpilot rating, and a comparison table rating Zapmail "High" for deliverability, none of which we can verify.
Cold email is regulated. Rules such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe and CASL in Canada cover consent, identification and opt-out, and Google and Microsoft set their own sender requirements on authentication, unsubscribe and complaint rates. Mailboxes bought through a reseller still follow the provider's terms, and accounts can be suspended if used for spam. Warming, aged domains and multiple mailboxes do not make unwanted email acceptable, so use real opt-outs and relevant targeting. This is not legal advice.
