Zapmail is infrastructure for people who send cold email at volume. You connect or buy domains, it creates Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes under them, sets up SPF, DKIM, DMARC and tracking-domain DNS automatically, and connects them to outreach tools. It also sells pre-warmed mailboxes that skip the usual 3 to 4 weeks of warmup, aged domains, a domain-protection add-on called ZapShield, deliverability tests and an API.

Prices are US dollars a month, as read from the official Zapmail pricing page on 28 October 2026 after switching between Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. Pre-warmed plans are billed monthly and include domains, with extra domains at $15 a domain a year. ZapShield is billed separately at $3 a domain a month. Pro includes API access and priority support, and every plan includes monthly deliverability-test and AI Insights credits (3, 10 and 30). Volume pricing is through sales.
